Stephen completed his Remedial Massage training and has been enjoying practice as a Remedial therapist since 2011. He accomplished certification as a Specialist Remedial Massage Therapist in 2022. 

 

Stephen has worked in a variety of settings including Private Practice and Health and Wellness / Day Spa settings.  

 

He enjoys treating all age groups from all walks of life and backgrounds, and assisting clients in their journey to optimum well-being. 

 

Stephen uses a variety of techniques within his practice inclusive of deep tissue and trigger point release, swedish massage, acupressure massage, cupping, dry needling, hot stones, lymphatic drainage and kinetic assisted stretch.  

 

Outside of work Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and 2 year old son, he enjoys photography, staying active and can speak ,multiple languages!
