KIDS & TEENS
A specialised, tailored and fun program for growing bodies, delivered to the highest standard by our expert physiotherapists, inclusive of Pilates-based machine and floor exercises.
Our programs are aimed to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, posture, body awareness, confidence, mindfulness and performance in your chosen sports and activities.
Our programs run over an
8 or 10-week term during school terms.
A Pre-Assessment is required prior to commencing classes to ensure that programs are geared towards individual needs and goals.
All participants are divided into either
Kids Stream (Ages 8-12)
Teens Stream (Ages 13-18)

Teens Program will run casually at altered times
Tuesday 3:45pm & Thursday 4:30pm
Classes run for 45 minutes in duration and include both exercises on the mat, equipment, partner activities, stretching and mindfulness.
Class Times may change between Terms subject to interest and demand, so if you would like to join in but need another time please let us know!
Pre-Assessments / New Clients
All new clients require a Pre-assessment and appropriate screening to ensure safety, correct technique and understanding of key principles is achieved before attending our physiotherapist led small group class.
In these sessions, our physiotherapist will create a program and goals tailored to you around your body and your needs.
Please note Pre-Assessments run 1-2 weeks prior to the commencement of the next round
Term One 2020 - Starts Feb 3rd (8 week program)
