Belinda graduated from La Trobe University 1993 and has worked in a variety of settings developing a special interest in Women’s & Pelvic health.  Her love of promoting positive health outcomes for women now sees her provide physiotherapy to women both privately and publicly. 

 

As a mother of two daughters Belinda is engaged in fostering, supporting and nurturing women’s health throughout their lives.  This ranges from childhood to adult continence, pregnancy and postnatal care, mastitis management, pre and post operative pelvic surgery, prolapse management, bowel dysfunction and pelvic floor dysfunction.

 

Belinda leads our pregnancy and post natal pilates program and loves to assist women to optimise their strength, fitness and knowledge.  

 

Belinda is also available at Re-Vitalise for Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor & Continence Physiotherapy (Women, Men & Paediatrics) and Hand Therapy.
